" Simoni was the perfect host. Authentic, warm and welcoming. He was very attentive and truly wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He made a wonderful Tuscan breakfast with fresh pastries he had picked up on the way over in the morning. Parking and Netflix were added bonuses. We loved the shower and my wife said it was the best shower she had after 2 weeks in Italy! He has a private patio for relaxing outside. Great location for exploring Tuscany. "

The owner is on hand at all times and is very friendly and accommodating. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until midnight. He stayed up for us and talked us through the directions there. "This B&B is a little gem! The views of the town are stunning. The grounds are gorgeous and I could have spent all day sitting around drinking wine in the garden. The breakfast was delicious. Plus the location is perfect. It is outside of town so you don't have to deal with the craziness of people coming to visit all day but you can easily walk to the center for dinner/drinks. This is a great place to stay!"

"The owners are amazing. The room was clean, the breakfast was always fresh and homemade. "The hotel is situated in the beautiful Tuscan country side with stunning views and fresh air all around. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly, accomodating and helpful. There was also a restaurant on site which had delicious food. Overall our stay was magical and we loved every second spent there "

Small town, big value!

"This was by far our favorite town to visit on our trip so far, and this hotel was a perfect location to explore the town. The staff was great, communication was excellent, the room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious! As others mentioned, park in P3 parking lot for the closest walk. No parking in the town itself!"
