Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- booking fee 51 €
- inscription fee 5 €/person
- Final cleaning 140 €
- Key delivery 35 €
- Bed linen/towels 20 € / person / set (obligatory)
- Guarantee 300 € (will be refunded 1 week after departure)

incl. electricity till 85 kwh/week, gas till 5 cbm/week and water till 9 cbm/week (more consumption is to pay extra)

Between November till May the expenses for electricity, water and gas must be payed completely per consumption - as well internet per monthly price.

The Space:
Wonderful holiday home with a fantastic sea and panoramic view with private pool.

A very nice house in a quiet residential area. The house has a spacious pool terrace (with sea view) with a large parasol and a cozy seating area. A mobile electric grill is available to tenants.
There is parking for two cars on the property.

There is gas central heating for the winter months. Internet via wifi is available for tenants.

Babycot and high chair available.


The house has a spacious entrance hall with sea views, living-dining room with large air conditioning (which is sufficient for the adjoining bedrooms), 3 bedrooms (1 fan), kitchen, 2 bathrooms (including 1 en-suite).
From the dining area you have access to another terrace with a dining table and a wonderful sea view.

Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a quiet residential area with single-family houses.

Getting Around:
The house is located near two typical Spanish villages. There is a good restaurant within walking distance, a supermarket and other shops around 2.5 km. There are several different beautiful sandy beaches around 8 - 10 km away (12 - 15 minutes by car).
The distance to the beautiful city Gandia is about 8 km.

There are very beautiful hiking trails in the vicinity - and for the summer in about 1.5 - 2 km a mountain stream, which forms small water basins, where you can also swim.

Horsereding 3 km away.

Other Things to Note:
Small dog till 8 kg (and minimum 1 year old) by request. Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).

Vacances agréable cependant nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la piscine durant une semaine. Elle était verte et trouble. Loin de nous dédommager il a été défalqué du remboursement de notre caution la somme de 90 euros de surcoût d'électricité alors que nous n'avons pas utilisé la climatisation.

Nous avons vécu une très mauvaise expérience avec cette location, dès notre arrivée il y avait un problème d'eau chaude qui a été résolu que 24h après, eau de la piscine verte pendant les 2 premiers jours (sur 10 jours de vacances) et qui a été traité avec des produits chimiques donc impossible de se baigner sur ces deux jours. Il a plu le premier jour, en voulant descendre via l'escalier extérieur qui ne possède pas de bandes antidérapantes j'ai chuté sur les premières marches, j'ai eu plusieurs hématomes sur toute la partie gauche de mon corps, donc escaliers super dangereux... Et cerise sur le gâteau, nous n'avons pas eu de relevé de compteur( eau, gaz et électricité) ni à notre arrivée ni au départ, nous avons eu la surprise lors du remboursement de la caution d'une déduction de 92€ pour soit disant un dépassement sans aucune preuve, car pas de relevé de compteur en notre présence. Après avoir contacté la plateforme Abritel, celle-ci m'a répondu que pour eux il n'y avait pas de problème et que c'était normal. Donc, vigilance aux futurs hôtes !!!

Great relaxing place for small family; we loved the house and the pool as well as the area; pool and house even more beautiful than on pictures; house was very clean; great service by owner, easy to connect; handover well organized; only downside was aircon only central in the house (living area) - not in the bed room; overall had great holidays and can recommend this house
