The bedlinen was old and stained with no change of linen given for the 2 weeks we were there. We had to wash and remake the beds the same day. We were given one small bath towel each. "La casa está bastante bien, pero tiene un serio problema, en la terraza no hay nada de sombra desde las 14:00 hr hasta las 20:00 hr. Además no hay aire acondicionado y los ventiladores estaban en un estado lamentable."

"The perfect place to stay in Denia. Fantastic room, super friendly staff, very clean. Just a short walk to the local beach, 10 minute walk to town and the main beach. So a perfect, quiet, area to chill and enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Loved staying here. Highly recommend it."
