"5 girlfriends stayed for a week and it was fabulous ~ We were greeted with a tray of cannelloni’s on the dining room table! The house was clean and spacious. A very quiet country location. The pool was very welcome given the 35 degree heat in mid July and we spent many an hour just in and out the pool! The main draw for this rental is the stunning location. "This villa is lovely and old and very spacious. The hosts are beyond charming and so helpful. We were able to enjoy being in the country while also being very proximate to cities, towns, wine tasting and other activities, like hilltop hiking. The kitchen was not the most convenient for home cooking for Americans used to a more modern kitchen, but we managed. Our hostess made our first dinner, which was so nice and so delicious. This is an optional add-on. "
