"The Palazzo is a very well designed spa resort in a pretty area with excellent dining options. The staff is generally friendly and very helpful and we had excellent dinners and massages. The maitre d in the restaurant in the mornings was very good natured and helpful in providing me with take out coffee for my wife who likes to stay in bed to drink her coffee. "The place is fantastic for the money. It is a clean nice hotel, with wonderful breakfast buffet. The hotel has all the amenities you might want, the staff is friendly, and the location right on the broadwalk and next to the beaches is fantastic. Only good things to say and we will be back for sure bringing our daughter. "

"It was perfect for overnight to cruise ship. The city is walkable with an excellent city pass for sites. The mosaics are wonderful in the city. Make sure you know how to walk thru the train station to get on the right side of the street. You do not need to walk all the way around the station, the hotel is on the opposite side of the city center."
