"When checked in - both rooms were super small with many deficiencies - they were dirty, main light did not work , handles on dresser was broken , we were given small towels (did not know until the next day that they actually have large towels). We were moved the next morning to better and bigger rooms which were much more convenient. However , these rooms were also not cleaned properly. A dead bug remained in the floor for our whole stay. One day they completely forgot to clean the room. ...

Ho chiesto una soluzione sostitutiva che non ha trovato, mi ha pure chiesto di cancellare la prenotazione, cosa che non ho fatto. Ero con la famiglia e ho dovuto arrangiarmi! Scandaloso!"

"Ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Anwesen mit einem großen Pool. Absolut leise und sehr geschmackvoll. Der Weg zum Anwesen ist allerdings etwas herausfordernd. Keine befestigte Straße. "

"The hotel got amazing views, very modern and rustic design and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay at Locanda, although i must say that dinner is very expensive with dishes that we didn't like. So we chose even not continue to the breakfast. Other than this, i reccomand you this hotel as a must stop for 1 night in the area!! Free parking is just outside, and you really near to san giminiano and the rest of the borgos around..."
