"Charming „Austrian“ Hotel in the middle of town. If you are lucky enough to get the lake view, you won’t want to leave… Very nice and helpful receptionists, especially Paula."

"We had a great stay here! The view was incredible! We didn’t realize the room would be up the hill from the club house, so the shuttle they offer from the club house to the rooms was a great amenity! We didn’t see prior to our stay that the rooms didn’t have AC, but it wasn’t a problem for us at all! It was cool enough at night that we didn’t even notice, even in the summer. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!"

"Great location, staff, breakfast and the view from the breakfast area. Very convenient to walk to main attractions and restaurants. During our stay the toilet flush valve stuck and after reporting it, they come right away to fix it. "

"The staff at the hotel were ggreat. I loved the use of wood in particular the big logs for support and decoration. The restaurant food is adequate but the wine selection is nice. Good. Breakfast in the mornings. Location is really good if you want to hike or sun bathe. Its not close to the center of Bariloche."

"We had a great stat at Alma! The friendly service at the front desk and upstairs at the restaurant was especially nice. Its summer, and we are used to US air conditioning, so the staff was kind enough to bring us a fan to help us sleep at night. Breakfast was very nice, room was clean, bed comfortable. The views from the balcony were simply amazing!"
