"Overall the hotel was good. Naples can be a bit sketchy, but the hotel was situated in a safe (and clean) area with a great view. Staff were great, and the included breakfast was good. The floor in our room felt a bit sticky so that wasn't the best, but otherwise the room was fairly clean and had everything we needed."

"I loved the room and the history behind the hotel. It was definitely a unique experience. If you have carry-on luggage, it will be a challenge to get to the second floor where the hotel is as there are no elevators. It works for me since I had a backpack only The staff was very helpful and friendly. Customer service is excellent. It was definitely a memorable experience"
