La Ginestra is one of the five apartments of our facility Case Vacanze Borgo Faraldi. Surrounded by the characteristic and surprising panorama of the Ligurian hinterland, our facility is located in the historic village of Deglio Faraldi, at 7.5 kilometers from the beaches of San Bartolomeo al Mare.

La Ginestra has a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a kitchen with living room and a bathroom with a shower.

The private terrace with little sea view is equipped with a parasol, chairs, table and sun loungers.

This apartment is definitely suitable for lovers of open spaces. In addition to the private terrace, La Ginestra also has a garden with sun loungers, barbecue and gazebo with table and chairs. This garden is in common use with the apartment La Bottega del Fabbro.

La Ginestra and all the apartments of our facility have obtained the Three Suns Certification, which is the highest qualification for all the structures belonging to the 'Holiday Homes and Apartments' accommodation category.

We carry out sanitization with the OZONPLUS ozonation system using ozone generators. The action of these devices eliminates bacteria, germs and pathogens up to 98.98%.

The Restaurant Ai Torki, located at 200 meters from our apartments, is certainly one of the best restaurants in the area to savor the typical Ligurian cuisine.

As tradition, we host our travelers with the Welcome Basket, a little gift based on typical products to make the holiday experience in our reality even more authentic!

Summervacation in beautiful landscape
We spend a wonderful week in July in the apartment La Ginestra. It's a modern, cozy holiday apartment, lovingly furnished, in a quiet, original mountain village with a great view. Great equipment for self-sufficiency, very nice host who greeted us very friendly. We liked to relax in the apartment before and after trips to the nearby sea. The air conditioning is also great in the summer. We definitely recommend the apartment for families.

Immer wieder gerne!
Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal in Villa Faraldi und sind immer noch begeistert und sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Besonders schön ist die Dachterasse. Man hat morgens früh und auch Nachmittags Sonne. Die Lage oben in den Olivenhaien ist ruhig und abseits vom Trubel unten am Meer. Man brauch auch jeden Fall ein Auto. Wir planen unseren 3. Urlaub in Villa Faraldi. Der Vermieter Fabio ist sehr nett und steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Gibt Empfehlungen für die besten Strände, das beste Eis etc. Auch für die Bedürfnisse unseres 11 Monate alten Sohnes war für Ort gesorgt ( Kinderbett, Hochstuhl). Wir freuen uns schon auf den 3. Urlaub in Villa Faraldi.

Unser zweites Zuhause...
Bereits zum 5. Mal sind wir im wunderschönen "Borgo Faraldi" zu Gast gewesen - dieses Mal im Casa Rossa in der schönen Wohnung "La Ginestra", die Jahre davor waren wir immer im Casa Gialla. Mittlerweile fühlt es sich an wie "nach Hause kommen", wenn wir das Tal nach hinten fahren und Deglio Faraldi auftaucht... Die Wohnung - Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile, Esstisch und Schlafcouch, Elternschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Kinderzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten - ist geräumig und gemütlich im Landhausstil eingerichtet. Bad mit WC, Bidet, Dusche und Waschmaschine. Große Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm, Tisch mit Stühlen und zwei Liegestühlen. Einziger kleiner Wehrmutstropfen: Meerblick gibt es nur stehend - stört uns persönlich nicht sehr, da wir ja den ganzen Tag am Meer verbringen. Außerdem gehört zu dieser und der darunterliegenden Wohnung noch ein schöner Garten mit Grill und einem Pavillonzelt mit Essplatz. Uns gefällt immer wieder die schöne Lage des Ortes, die gut geschnittenen, schön eingerichteten Wohnungen (und wir waren mittlerweile in vier der fünf Wohnungen zu Gast!) - und ganz besonders freuen wir uns auf unseren fantastischen Vermieter Fabio, der uns jedes Jahr mit vielen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants versorgt. Zwei Wochen sind wieder viel zu schnell vergangen - wir kommen 2018 wieder!

Great apartment in lovely village
We were very lucky to find this amazing place on quite short notice. We spend a relaxing week in early August 2017 there. The aparment has a large living room / kitchen, two bedrooms and a fantastic terrace. Deglio Faraldi is a very lovely and quiet villiage at the end of the road. Because its only 15min to the beach you have it all: a place to rest and lots of opportunites for activities close by. Fabio was very helpful, he provides a manual with recommendation for restorants and all. For any open questions we could whatsapp him and he would respond very fast (his english is excellent). For more tips on activites, beaches etc. he also set up a website: borgofaraldi.com (right now only in italian). We can very warmly recommend this great place! Thank you Fabio!

Ottimo appartamento.
L 'appartamento e situato in un bel Borgo a 370 metri di H, largo e confortevole è arredato con cura ed ottimi servizi: aria condizionata, lavastoviglie, lavanderia, un ottimo terrazzo privato più un altro condiviso. Il comfort è totale e il relax è garantito. Fabio poi rende una bellissima accoglienza con la sua tenerezza e simpatia.

Topurlaub !!
Wir haben die Ferien in Villa Faraldi sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat die Beschreibung und unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir haben die Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt vorgefunden. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und willkommen geheissen. Fabio, der Verwalter war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Für uns war es ein "echter Volltreffer". A wunderful week @ La Ginestra
Our one week stay was relaxed. The listing description was accurate. We were on many trips to Imperia, Monacco, Sanremo or to the lot of beaches. ..., the appartment is in the Olive-Mountains but also near to the beach. Your Service is TOP. We would recommend this Appartment to all our friends. The Restaurant "Torki" in 200m opens at about 6 p.m. and they offer fantastic lingurien food. The village people are kind to mention the Maria the care taker of the church, she opened the church extra for us...those 3 lovely dogs(they can`t bark) ... so silent.. just amazed us! Come and visit these nice scenery surely you will love it ...

Simpatico locatore! Bel appartamento per le vacanze. La strada per arrivarci non è facile da guidare. Ma la casa ha una buona posizione in montagna con una splendida vista. Bella Liguria! Und alles war gut erreichbar: Prima Strandleben in Diano Marina, Tagesausflug nach Monaco, Hanbury Garden, Wandern in den Bergen usw. Und die Taggiasca-Olive ist wirklich besonders lecker.

Vacances agréables à La Ginestra
Les Alsaciens que nous sommes avons passé un très agréable séjour à La Ginestra. L'accueil était vraiment parfait et le propriétaire très sympathique, à l'écoute, disponible et accueillant. Nous n'avons pas été déçus par l'habitation, bien au contraire. On s'y sent bien, et l'agencement des pièces est bien pratique. Deglio Faraldi est un petit village très calme, et plein de charme. A faire aux alentours : les grottes de Toirano , visites des villages typiques de la région, Valoria (village avec les portes des habitations peintes par différents artistes) l'aquarium de Gènes (si vous avez le courage de traverser Gènes avec les bouchons), la basilique de Gènes vraiment très belle, ... Le restaurant du village vaut le détour, n'hésitez pas à y aller, les plats sont excellents et vous ne ressortirez pas le ventre vide ! Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter tant à une famille avec enfant(s), qu'à une bande d'amis.
