"Apparently I was the only guest in the hotel during my stay in Villa De Layva and I had to call for some to come check me in. The room was large with a comfortable bed and good wi-fi. The hotel is in a great location a few minutes walk from the main plaza. The lighting system is awkward in that there is only one switch and you have to walk past the common area to turn off the lights at night. The kitchen is actually a microwave, a coffee maker and a snack bar."

"The service was great. The room clean, bed excellent, there’s construction going on so part of the hotel is closed. The rooms are not very modern and are very basic. Nothing fancy. The room was noisy. Breakfast excellent. It is close to the main plaza, it’s quite a walk to come back at night."
