"House itself was very spacious and clean. We stayed 3 nights as a family of 7, 5 adults, 2 children. Only 35 mins to Milan. Many restaurants and grocery nearby. Just is very nice and very responsive to all our questions. Tip-ask about all fees prior to booking. Host fees very high. Home is also along side road and traffic can be heard all day/night. Construction began next door on a new home day 2 at 0700. Not the hosts fault, but something to be considered when charging high host fees. Also...

"We had a magical 3 day stay at The Greenhouse Luxury Villa. The property and house exceeded the description and photos. The grounds of the villa were an enchanting place to explore. The Greenhouse had ample room for all 8 guests and the interior decor was as beautiful as it was comfortable. What made our experience beyond anything I've encountered was that the host made us feel like we were family. She shared the history of the property and helped us find the best options to explore Lake...

"The property was everything it advertised to be...the setting and interior were absolutely stunning and well kept. Everything was clean and inviting for our family of 15. Large rooms, nice bedrooms & bathrooms and well-stocked kitchens. We spent a week during the Christmas holiday, and they greeted us when we arrived and even set up a beautiful Christmas tree for our family. We were very impressed and grateful for such a wonderful experience! We will definitely be back."

The House really smells like tobacco - in particular the left room on the first floor and the living room. 2. ⁠we found an women slip hanging at the window in bathroom of first floor 😣 3. ⁠there was garbage in the kitchen below sink. "Wir haben den Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das riesige Grundstück ist wirklich toll und auch unser Hund würde, wenn sie wählen könnte, bestimmt wieder dorthin fahren. Man muss wissen, dass das Haus mittlerweile ein wenig in die "Jahre" gekommen ist. Uns hat das allerdings nicht gestört, da wir tagsüber häufig unterwegs waren. Wer ein sehr modernes Haus erwartet, sollte sich evtl. anderweitig umsehen.. Wer allerdings mit einem älteren Haus kein Problem hat, der ist hier schon ganz gut...
