Nice apartment located on the ground floor of an ancient Tuscan farm. Small, but functional, the apartment is equipped with every comfort. It has a private outdoor terrace for outdoor dining on hot and sunny summer days equipped with a barbecue. Ideal for families, but very private and romantic for couples. An economic but nice solution to spend a holiday in complete relaxation immersed in a green oasis of peace and tranquility.

Jens was de eigenaar en zeer relaxed. Lekker zwembad.Wel veel auto lawaai aangezien wij aan de straatkant sliepen. Terrein zelf zeer netjes en je komt echt tot rust hier.

Een plek om te genieten!
We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door onze gastheer Jens en zijn dochter Elisabetta. Voor allerlei vragen konden we bij hen terecht. Prachtig om zo meer aan de weet te komen over het echte Italië. Het appartement is in Toscaanse stijl en is in de zomer lekker koel. Onder het afdak van het terras kun je prima ontspannen zitten. Bij het mooie en nette zwembad heb je een prachtig uitzicht op de tuin en de Apenijnen. Doordat Villa Collemandina enigszins afgelegen ligt, heb je zeker een auto nodig. Je kunt vanuit hier leuke uitstapjes maken en er zijn diverse restaurants in de omgeving. Wij hebben hier een fantastische week gehad.

Hele fijne plek
Heerlijk genoten op deze prachtige plek. Het is wel fijn om een auto te hebben. Het zwembad heeft de eerste 2 meter een verhoging waardoor kleintjes makkelijk kunnen staan en spelen. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw!

Liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft
Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage. Giovanna ist sehr hilfsbereit und für einen Tipp immer ansprechbar. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder um zu wandern.

Hartelijk ontvangen
We werden hartelijk ontvangen en we konden met onze vragen of tips altijd bij onze gastvrouw en gastheer terecht. Het appartement was zoals we het ons hadden voorgesteld, netjes verzorgd en schoon. Het zwembad was super. De nabijheid van de weg is vooral 's avonds geen probleem meer.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in den Bergen
Alles da was das Herz begehrt. Pool sehr sauber Liegen genügend vorrätig Kleiner Laden um die Ecke Giovanna ist sehr nett und bemüht gegenüber ihren Gästen

Perfect getaway
We really enjoyed our stay, right from the start we where made welcome. The surrounding views at the pool are excellent. The apartment is exactly as described and we found it nice and cool. The rear exit door to the road was an advantage for getting to the supermarket and for walks. Plenty of nice villages around to explore within walking or short drives. We did not have an issue with the occasional traffic noise as the road is not that busy. There was a bit of noise from other guests in the apartments above due to the hard floors but it did not trouble us . We where warned about the dog being friendly and stealing shoes and he only did this once too much laughter trying to get it back. WiFi worked but tv only has Italian channels which we did not find an issue as we had come prepared to do other things. We will come back here at some stage I am sure.

Super schöne Ferien in der Nähe von Lucca
Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Giovanna empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt! Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und eigentlich mit fast allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt. Es gab zwar keine Spülmaschine und keinen Backofen aber sonst war alles da. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Der Pool bietet ausreichend Platz zum entspannen. Auch die Terrasse, die zu unserer Wohnung gehört war super. Gemütliche Sitzecke, Sonnenschirm und Grillstelle. Im nächsten Ort (Pieve Fosciana), nur wenige Fahrminuten gibt es ein super leckeres Ristorante (Il Pozzo), sehr zu empfehlen. Auf das Auto kann man nicht verzichten, aber es sind viele tolle Orte nicht weit weg, auch mit Kindern gut zu erreichen. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen!!!

Ein schöne Ferienanlage mit riesen Garten, tollen Schwimmbad und grandiosen Blick.
Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Inhaberin/Inhaber empfangen. Giovanna und Jens sind sehr nett. Pablo der Hund ist sehr verspielt. Sie hatten direkt Verständnis, da wir spät gekommen sind und müde waren. Uns wurde außerdem im Kühlschrank ein Sekt vorbereitet. Die Zimmer sind sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Überhaupt sind die Möbel und Räumlichkeit natürlich belassen jedoch gepflegt. Die Küche ist sauber und komplett. Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher sogar Grund Gewürzen sind vorhanden. Im gemeinsamen Raum kann gewaschen und gebügelt werden, während die Kinder Wii spielen bzw im Großformat fernsehen. Evtl selbst mitgebrachten DVD/Blu-ray kann geschaut werden. Am Schwimmbad kann man sich stundenlang chillen. Es ist nicht voll und recht gut abgeschnitten von den Wohnbereich daher sehr ruhig. Insbesondere die dort aufgestellten Möbel lädt einen ein den Garten mit dem grandiosen Blick auf die Bergen zum Verweilen. Ein Hinweis jedoch, die Appartements Grenzen direkt an Straßen. Für Erdgeschoss Wohnung ist also Tabu Fenster auf zu lassen. Diese Wohnung hat auch keine Terrasse mit weiten Blick. Trotzdem hat man direkt vor der Wohnung Sitz Möglichkeiten. Ein Supermarkt ist wie Tante Emma Laden hat alles was man braucht mehr als nur Grund Bedürfnisse. Die Mitarbeiterinnen kennen schon einen nach ersten Besuch, und schwupp bekommt das Kind Kekse in der Hand. Als wir eine Park Strafe bekommen haben, haben Giovanna und Jens sofort geholfen, um Mehrkosten zu vermeiden. Mit Jens konnten wir gut über Gott und die Welt unterhalten, insbesondere über Pablo (right, Jens?) Giovanna and Jens, thanks again for your warmth. See you next time!
