"Christian, the manager, was delightful and went above and beyond to be helpful throughout our stay. His English was very good and he was very thoughtful A qualified doctor, he also aided my daughter with sunburn and tummy trouble. The hotel has a lovely courtyard where delicious breakfasts are served. We had the double height, triple room at the front of the property which was a beautiful characterful room however the only window opened out straight on to the street which meant a lot of noise and no privacy so recommend any of the other rooms would be preferable, but apart from that I highly recommend this lovely Hotel. The owner also owns two restaurants in town, which give you a free drink every time you go. Its absolutely lovely, go there!"

We could barely have gotten along without their assistance in booking a flight and getting Internet access. Note that currently, bring dollars or euros to pay them and anything else. The exchange into pesos is complex and a ripoff introduced by the cash-strapped government in a declining economy. "

The staff were kind and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. From our peaceful morning coffee in the absolutely stunning atmosphere of the outdoor seating area to their excellent recommendations and suggestions regarding the ‘best spots’ around town- we felt we were at home and completely cared for. Thanks to Julio for his kindness, attention and sociability. He kept us amazed and well cared for. Also, the coffee was amazing and served with a friendly smile and kind disposition. "The room (apt) it was very spacious, enough to accommodate 5 of us. It had to bunk beds (pretty big size) and a Queen bed, bathroom, kitchen/bar area with even a set of high stools chairs. The entire place was immaculate, very clean and secluded enough so you can enjoy the 2 outdoors patios-even with a very nice view to the surrounding neighborhood but what really stood up were the hostesses-very lovely and charming couple. They accommodated us in no time, gave us suggestions for restaurants around for either breakfast and/or dinner. They even helped us get gas from another guest that was actually leaving the next day. I wish I could stayed longer but I was only one day in Santa Clara out a weekend trip to Cuba. I highly recommend this place. Can't way to go back !!! Thank You"
