"This place was fantastic ! We stayed 4 nights and had the loveliest time. We happened to be there when the second hurricane hit Cuba and there was no electricity with heavy rain on Trinidad. Our hostess made us coffee when we hadn’t taken the breakfast option. She was helpful and kind and the room spacious, clean and comfortable. It is super well located and we loved our stay there. We were 2 friends traveling from France. "

"What an amazing stay!! I could not have asked for a better home and host. Marlene has 20 years in the hospitality industry and she's brought those standards into her own home. Her home is spacious and comfortable, within walking distance of the historical center of Trinidad and still manages to be in a quiet neighborhood. I would absolutely recommend this listing and I will definitely stay here again if/when I go back to Trinidad. "

"Excellent place, the owners are very friendly and you receive a warm welcome. A clean, quiet and safe place. Located in the center of the city, surrounded by places to dine and next to the "bodeguita del medio" of Santa Clara. Without a doubt, a place to return."

"We arrived from a hurricane covered in bites and were told there was a problem and we may not have a room and jose the owner was quite rude to me because I was upset especially cuz so miserable physically and continued to be throughout my interaction with him the three nights we stayed there and thats why we left two nights early without any reimbursement The only other thing was there was no hot water The place itself is beautiful and breakfast very good and all of the other staff friendly"

"Fernando was really friendly. He gave us a lot of tips for Trinidad and even made us a lunchbox for during the bus ride on the day we left. The house is good located, its a short walk to the city center."

"Met with kindness and hospitality in this lovely well-located home. The owner went out of his way to book a taxi for me and arrange the 4:30 am pick up and price for an early bus departur. And then also woke up at that time to ensure my safety and see me on my way. “You are my guest,” he told me and certainly treated me that way. Highly recommended! "

"Room was dirty and we found animals foeces on our bed between linen and mattress. Poor welcome from host, they didn't even come to check us out and they where unable to give us much informations whatsoever. We only stayed because the position is very convenient (really central) and we needed to book by card, otherwise we wouldn't have. I do not recommend staying here. "

"The Adrianos Hostal was one of the highlights of our trip to Cuba. We were given a very warm welcome, the owner speaks perfect English and gave us lots of tips about Santa Clara. There is a beautiful roof terrace on the roof of the casa. We had dinner there one evening and it was really excellent. In hindsight, we thought it was a bit of a shame that we only spent one night there. We would have loved to stay 2-3 days longer to enjoy the hostel and explore Santa Clara even more. "Beautiful hotel located in a convenient area of town. Very clean and spacious rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Service was incredible - host booked all tours for us which made it so easy to travel around and see the sights. We wanted to extend our stay for an additional night and our host allowed us to pay in cash without any hassle and made it easy for us to book an extra night. Excellent!"

"This is a lovely hostal with amazing decor. The rooms themselves are nice and have everything you need. Good breakfast in a lovwly courtyard. The best bit was the service which was excellent. Everyone qas extremely helpful, friendly and accomodating. I definitely recommend this place and will stay again next time I am in Santa Clara. "

Recommend - super safe

"Carmen and Pupito are great hosts. They have a lovely home and make you feel welcomed and protected. Breakfast was perfect. They can book tours and arrange drivers. Trinidad is suffering with power outages but they have a generator, which was great because I arrived at night and it was super dark in the city with no power. Room was comfortable, clean, and I felt really safe traveling solo. Glad I picked this house! "

"lovely little house between Trinidad and Playa Ancon. Taxis readily available for the short journey to either. A short walk to a tremendous restaurant The tours run from the house (by the son who spoke excellent English) were fascinating and informative over the history and politics (including current) of Cuba. restaurants recommended in Trinidad were lovely and we wished we had more time to eat at them again. And of course the music! Overall a tremendous stay."

"This is the place I chose to stay at while short visit to Trinidad. I was warmly welcomed by the family who runs it. They had everything provided in the room which was upstairs. It's location is right in the centre and you can be at any place of interest in 5 minutes by walk. My stay was comfortable. I couldn't ask for more. "
