"The property manager was very responsive to our needs. The bathroom grout needs cleaning and sink faucet flow must be fixed. Towels were old but clean. Since it was cold we used the blankets to keep us warm. Not sure if it has been cleaned lately since it has stains. Simple and basic accommodations. "

"Staff was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating! It was in the perfect spot with the Spanish steps being a mere 3 minute walk. Metro was also a quick 4 minute walk which takes you to the Vatican in two easy stops. Will stay here again!!"

"Arpinelli is a hidden gem in italy. It is clean close to the food scene. Safety os our priority while staying in Rome and this property is safe as its behind where the President lives palazzo del quirinale. In addition, Zara the hotel manager is so kind and helpful as she walked us through Rome by providing recommendations of places to visit and exceptional restaurants to try. Overall our stay is very pleasant and memorable. We will definitely come back to Arpinelli on our next visit to Rome. "
