"Overall the accomodation was ok, nothing amazing but comfy enough, it does need some attention however. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered. Then the 'hot tub' was in fact freezing cold, and all the staff could say was "That's how it's always been, it's never been...

"Excellent hotel. Had a quad, separate room with 2 beds for 2 teen kids. Very quiet rooms, comfortable beds, nice baths. Breakfast was good too. Pool was good temp. Jacuzzi was not filled for June. Gym has only a treadmill and cycle. Overall great stay and would again if we return. "
