"Absolutely terrible service. Despite having a booking and contacting via email in advance to advise of arrival, no response and no Reception upon arrival. Phone number given is in another country but is also not answered. Left walking around the streets of foreign country for several hours trying to ask locals for assistance. Would never have expected this service and would not like it to happen to anyone else! "

"Los encargados de la propiedad me cambiaron de apartamento con pocos días de anticipación a mi llegada. Les expliqué la razón por la cual me debía quedar en la locación original pero no les importó, ya que sobrevendieron ese espacio. Me mandaron a un lugar 20 km de distancia de donde iba a realizar mis actividades. Es una completa decepción, espero que a nadie más le hagan lo mismo ya que arruinaron mi estancia en Andorra. Una vergüenza!!"

"Avoid this property at all costs if you want to sleep during your holiday, booked 7 nights in this hell hole and managed to get 21 hours sleep throughout the entire stay, the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from the 3 floors above, the company rents the neighbouring properties to anyone, we had the misfortune of having screaming girls and shouting guys party from 10pm to 4am every night, banging doors and loud music. "In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!"

"Terrible arrival, wrong address on paperwork supplied, had to walk across town, hunt down telephone number for the office which was closed during opening hours. Finally received keys, room had no double bed, lack of kettle and toaster, cupboard doors hanging off, cracked tiles, mould in bathroom. No good for couples, double bed advertised and no double bed in any of the three rooms we booked. Probably ok for large groups of young people looking for cheap accommodation but families and couples...

"No check, at the property. We rang both numbers for the property to check-in with no answer. Lucky enough we read another review saying where to check-in , 10 uphill away. Only gave 1 key for 5 guests. Very noisy at night. Lift area had vomit on the floor 3 days. No duvets, just dirty old rugs. "
