Ok hotel for a stop over. Very clean room and bathroom. The waitress in the restaurant didn't speak any thing but spanish and was not very service minded.

On nous propose un hôtel 4 étoiles et je ne suis pas certain qu'il en vaut 2. Restaurant fermé Piscine fermé Insalubre Vue de la chambre sur un dépotoir Je demande à l'accueil à quelle heure il est possible de diner et on me répond d'aller au "Burger King" Nous avons check-out 10 minutes après notre arrivée et impossible de se faire rembourser. Je vous conseille de dormir dans votre voiture à la place.

Une honte Les photos sur le site hôtel.com ne sont pas les chambres proposées par l’hôtel, De même pour la piscine…. La standardiste était gênée de voir que le site proposait de telles photos! L’hôtel est en bord d autoroute, bruyant car on entend l autoroute mais aussi les voisins parler et ronfler. Cet hôtel est une honte

chambre propre, accès wifi, clim, le matelas n'était pas top. le petit déjeuner était moyen, les petits pains étaient racis, il a fallu réclamer les plateaux, l'eau pour le thé n'était pas prête. notre premier séjour s'était mieux passé.

La vérité c plutôt un Hôtel à une étoile .
Bonjour , nous avons étais très déçu de notre séjour ( 10 nuits ) Personne à l'accueil de l 'Hôtel pas accueillant sur les 4 que l'ont a vue , chambre dans son jus peinture a refaire des marque partout de chaussures , tache suspect ... etc , rideaux avec des trou puis qui pué , dégueulasse , salle de bain avec les joints noir de moisissure , rideau de douche jaune etc ,,, peinture au plafond qui se décolle car gros problème ventilation surement , propreté laisse a désiré cheveux par terre , miettes des clients avant nous ??? tache sur le matelas ( pas de protection matelas ???? ) puis un petit lit double de 135 cm sur 190 cm , avec un matelas a ressort , quand l autres personne a coté de vous bouge cela vous réveille systématiquement , puis piscine ouverte les premier jours , puis ensuite fermé ??? Je me suis renseigné auprès d'une personne à l'accueil pour savoir,la réponse ils ne s'avait pas ??? Magnifique ...Puis parking portail cassé , pas sécurisé du tout !!!! Hôtels 4 étoiles MDR......

Hôtel 4 étoiles qui en mérite 2 voire 3. Sdb qui aurais besoin d'etre complètement refaite.Robinetterie avec de la rouille,les joints également ils sont marron .Joint des toilettes et bidet dans le même état. Baignoire abimée. Couverture trop petites et rugueuses. Nombreuses taches et impacts dans la chambre. Pdj impeccable. Parking tres pratique.

J’ai réservé une chambre triple, quand j’ai pris possession de la chambre elle n’était même pas nettoyée! Serviettes par terre dans la salle de bain, lit non faits avec draps des clients précédents Au final on m’a donné une chambre double avec un lit bébé donc mon fils a du dormir dans le lit bébé et moi avec ma mère alors que chacun aurait du avoir son lit! Cerise sur le gâteau aucunes excuses tout leur semblait normal. On a pris le petit déjeuner le lendemain: vraiment pas génial non plus! J’ai mis 1 parce qu’on ne peut pas mettre 0!
