2-storey property in a quiet urbanisation called "Montesol" in Manta Rota, comprising:

Ground floor: entrance hall, fitted kitchen, living/dining room, toilet and access to a magnificent west-facing back patio with barbecue, sink, outdoor shower, table and chairs, perfect for barbecuing and enjoying the Algarvian sun.

1st floor: hall, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, one with a balcony facing east and 1 family bathroom with bath.

The kitchen is equipped with: fridge freezer, hob, oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, NESPRESSO capsule coffee machine and washing machine.

Equipped with ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area. There is a parking space for 1 car inside the property's gate, and there is also plenty of parking on the street.

The villa is located about 1500 metres from Manta Rota beach, with various amenities within walking distance, including cafés, restaurants, a supermarket, an ATM, among others.

Well equipped kitchen
It s was a pleasure to stay here.its a nice walk down to the sea and we enjoyed our swims every day. The back patio garden was great with the bbq and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook.

Boa Casa, mas um pouco longe da praia
A estadia decorreu sem precalços. A casa correspondo ao anúncio. A única coisa que eu acrescentaria seria ter umas boas cadeiras de relax no pátio. A distância à praia é andável, mas um pouco longe. De qualquer forma como gostamos de andar, iamos todos os dias à praia duas vezes a pé. É um bom exercício.
