## Space

This charming townhouse is within a few minutes walking distance of the beautiful blue flag beach of Salema, the fresh fish restaurants and the centre of this quaint village. The property has been refurbished to a high standard and is bright and welcoming!

On the ground floor, you find the living/dining room with doors opening onto the spacious south-facing patio. The outside area is very private and has ample space for sunbathing, and it is perfect for enjoying your Alfresco dining. There is an open-plan kitchen with a microwave, small oven and electric induction hob. The freezer and washing machine are located in the utility room. On the same level, we also find a bathroom with a shower.

A new staircase leads to the first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms, both with restricted sea views, and one has a small balcony. There is also a high-quality family bathroom.

## Neighborhood

Our holiday home is in Salema, a small village close to Lagos. It is very popular amongst golf lovers, families and nature lovers.

A selection of restaurants & bars allows you to explore local and international food. We recommend trying fresh fish and seafood dishes! There is a supermarket 4 minutes away by car. Like Burgau and Praia da Luz, other beaches are just a short drive away. So whether you want to relax, go for a surf or enjoy a fantastic hike in nature, Budens is the place. And if you crave city life at some point, Lagos is only 20 minutes away.

## Transit

You can reach Salema in about one hour by car from Faro Airport, and car rental is available in the airport's parking lot. By train, it will take about 4 to 5 hours.

The best way to travel the Algarvarian coast is by boat or car. However, if you want to explore the area, a (rental) car will make your life much easier as public transport is limited and will also get you around.

Parking is free and abundant everywhere in this area.

Good Location but....
Location is very good - check in was fine - have to say the actual property could use some updating - description says newly renovated. However, seems some things could use further updating especially bathrooms. All in all, it is an good space if you are ok with a little 'rough around the edges'
