We had a lovely time in this ideal holiday home. Lots of space and very comfortable. A two minute drive to two lovely beaches but a good sized pool is there to take the slack when even that is too much bother.

Lovely property in beautiful village close to amazing beach
We had a great visit. The villa is beautiful and in a lovely tiny village which is close to an amazing beach. The villa was spacious and clean and had all items which would be needed- a real home From home. Communication with the owner was excellent. We would definitely come back. If only a tiny critique- the pool is very cold- even in July/August. But overall a really great villa

The property is large and clean. The pool is a bit on the small size, but other than that you couldnt want for anything more. The location is great for good surf beaches and access to the western algarve beaches and towns. Car absolutely essential to explore

Dejligt ophold i rummeligt feriehus
Veludstyret og rummelig bolig delt i 2 plan. Dog kunne man kun tilgå poolområdet igennem 2 værelser i nederste plan. Vi vidste fra billederne, at der var tale om en meget lille indkørsel/holdeplads foran huset og da vi kom i 2 biler viste det sig ikke muligt at parkere der - og endvidere måtte vi konstatere, at der er en niveauforskydning, der gjorde, at vores 2 almindelige biler, stødte bunden mod asfalten, så vi parkerede udelukkende nedenfor huset. Det skal siges, at værten øjeblikkelig fik låst lågen op, der adskiller poolområdet fra vejen nedenfor, så vi ikke behøvede, at skulle gå den lange vej udenom for at tilgå bilerne. Man skal være indstillet på, at der er meget ekko i huset - lidt som i en kirke. Beliggenheden betyder, at der i området er meget blæst og i følge de lokale, er der ofte 10 graders forskel på området og så en anelse længere østpå mod Faro.

Perfect for a quiet holidays
This villa is very spacious and well equipped. You have everything you need for your stay. It is very quiet and very fresh too! (in the evenings) Chris the owner was very helpful and easy to reach. You have a couple of little towns nearby (5mins by car) with places to eat and a big Lidl supermarket closely too. There are a few nice beaches around too. This area is a lot quieter than Lagos or Corveiro so bear this in mind. If you want a quiet holidays this is the perfect place.

Ruhig gelegenes Haus - mit tollem Pool
Das Haus entsprach voll den Erwartungen. Nach anfänglichen Wasserschwierigkeiten - die den ganzen Ort betrafen - haben wir uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool wurde von allen sehr gerne genutzt. Vielen Dank an Chris für die großzügige Entschädigung wegen des Wassermangels. Ein paar kleine Hinweise für die Putzkolonne und den Vermieter: Die Schränke in der Küche sollten dringend vor allem bei Leerstand gelüftet werden. Die Sachen haben recht komisch gerochen. Was vermutlich an der feuchten Luft lag. Daher haben wir alles was wir benutzt haben erstmal gewaschen und dann während des Aufenthaltes draußen deponiert. Neue Töpfe (nicht aus Alu) wären auch von Vorteil. Die Einfahrt konnten wir mit unserem Ford Transit (für 9 Personen) leider nicht nutzen, da wir Bedenken wegen des Gefälles und dem Kies hatten. Alles in Allem haben wir uns aber nach den verrückten Corona-Zeiten gut erholt und die Sonne, das Meer und die Landschaften sehr genossen.

Semana na Raposeira
Estadia agradável, zona um pouco ventosa e disposição da casa estranha, não se percebe nas fotografias que a Piscina tem acesso através de um quarto. Tivemos azar, nessa semana estavam a reparar um troço da água e ficávamos várias horas sem água em dias diferentes. O dono foi sempre prestavel e respondeu sempre. Pedimos duas camas de bebé e não estavam montadas nem com lençóis. Zona calma e perto da praia do zavial.

ein sehr schönes Haus
Das Haus ist genaus so, wie es beschrieben wird. Es liegt 5 Minuten mit dem Auto vom einem der vielen Strände entfernt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Super Urlaub und super Unterkunft
Nach unnötigen anfänglichem Misstrauen meinerseits, ob das denn alles stimmt, was angepriesen wird, entwickelte sich die Buchung der Unterkunft zum perfekten Objekt :). Es lief alles super ab und die Villa ist exakt so, wie sie auf den Bildern abgebildet und beschrieben ist. Meine Freunde erwähnten mehrfach wie cool es da ist und wir wollten am Ende gar nicht mehr weg... ^^ Vormittags am Pool gechillt, Nachmittags zum Surfen ans Meer und abends den Grill mit leckeren Sachen belegt, viel Platz, viele Zimmer, viele Bäder, Küche gut ausgestattet und die Spülmaschine extrem hilfreich 😊. Wir hatten super Wetter, waren glücklich mit der einsameren aber weitläufigen Gegend und überlegen nächstes Jahr wiederzukommen. :) Sorry, dass ich nicht auf englisch geschrieben habe...

Très agréable séjour dans cette maison trés bien située pour découvrir l’Algarve
Un endroit très agréable pour nos vacances, facile d accès, loin des foules mais pour autant idéal pour découvrir l’ouest de l’Algarve. Très proche de très jolies plages (notre coup de coeur pour Praia de Castelejo à quelques kilomètres - mais c’est loin d’être la seule!). Maison très propre, très fonctionnelle en famille avec une grande cuisine (mais les ustensiles de cuisine mériteraient d’être renouvelés), chaque chambre a sa salle de bain ce qui est très appréciable. Petit « défaut » qui mériterait d’être préciser: l’accès à la piscine et donc à la terrasse avec le barbecue n’est pas direct avec les pièces de vie et se fait par les chambres. A noter : la région est ventue, la piscine peut être fraîche ! Propriétaire très réactif.

FANTASTIC
We have just come back from a wonderful two weeks stay at the villa. Found it very spacious, modern and clean. Beautiful location and only a couple of minutes drive to Zavial beach. The pool was cleaned regularly and was used a lot with a lot of space around it to enjoy the sun. Day trips to Lisbon, Seville, Lagos, Albufuira and others but really good to come back to villa end of the day. Chris was extremely helpful before and during our stay and made everything so easy. Memorable stay for all of us Bharat

For a family of 3, this villa is huge. Lovely and quiet, in a small village away from the hordes. It really is a home form home with everything that you need for a relaxing holiday. 2 lovely beaches only a few minutes away and yes an Aldi market 5 minutes away. The villa and the pool are immaculate. We will be going again next year so book this villa and you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic
What a fab location, away from the hustle and bustle. There were 6 of us and we had more than enough space. The pool was a refreshing pleasure from the mid day heat and mid afternoon barbys were a must. Everything was clean and tidy and well maintained. The only thing I'd say is that you need to put the hot water switch on straight away as it took a good few hours to warm up. There is a cracking pizza place at the corner, well hidden. So take a walk and its only open on a Friday. Planning next years trip.
