"Firs they forgot to send us the code for the lock box. With the bad signal I had in that location it was very difficult to call them. After about 5 attempts they finally picked up the phone and they give me the information which they supposed to do at least 24 hours before our arrival. No apologies or anything like that, it sounded like this is normal and I've seen other gests having the same problem. "Black Beach Suites was a beaut! It was the perfect location for a stay in Vik. Just a couple minutes from the center. We saw the Northern Lights from outside the suite and drove up the hill for a better view. FYI: The room got extremely hot at night so consider turning down the temperature before bed.
