"We were a group of 9 girls and had the best 3 days staying here. Alessio and Anna were incredible hosts and so helpful when we asked about arranging activities and taxis. "We visited this house with four youngsters (18-21) and two dogs and we enjoyed the enormous space in and around the house. The swimmingpool was great. The whirlpool wasn't heated so we only could use that between 3 and 5 PM. Than the automatically refreshing of the water started and it went cold. But when one knows this, one adapts... Really great was the big room with the table tennis, table football and pool table. Even at the hottest hour of the day you could play there if you wanted. Around...

"Property located among vines and 1 km from Calosso centre and its limited bar although the ristorante d'elsa is 50m away and open for lunch. Various locations (Canelli, Stefano Belbo, Agliano, Moasca) are all within 5mls with all necessary facilities and services. A sufficiency of ristorante/agriturismi are scattered among the local countryside and small supermarket nearby with larger concern in Costigliole, 7kms away. If I ever fulfill my dream of owning a property in Italy a house such as this...

"Poorly maintained, overgrown and tired. Walls are peeling off. The kitchens don’t have an oven. Water pressure is non existent, if someone uses water downstairs there is no water upstairs. WiFi doesn’t work downstairs, upstairs the connection is really poor. No air conditioning. No sofa or other soft furniture except the beds. Dining room chairs are not sturdy, some are broken. Outdoor furniture is old and the plastic is brittle. Not as listed, everything is unkempt. Dirty floors, bathrooms...

"This was an adequate place to stay. The parking was a bit more work than we envisioned from the listing, seldom was a space available in front of the building. The kitchen and provisions were as listed, but it would have been nice if there had been some basics like salt, pepper, oil and vinegar so we didn't have to buy so much for just 9 nights. "Nous avons apprécié cette vieille, grande et belle bâtisse pratiquement dans son jus. Elle est pleine de charme et de souvenirs de famille. La vue depuis la terrasse ou le jardin est fantastique. Amoureux du confort moderne s'abstenir, la villa Osvalda se mérite. Elle est bien située pour les balades à pied ou en voiture. Se munir d'anti- moustiques car ils sont nombreux à l'extérieur.
