"We loved that the hotel was on a quiet street away from tourists. The staff was very helpful. We drove and had to arrange to park the car and followed their directions. The apartment had a neighborhood feel but was close to everything. It had everything we needed. The kids loved their loft bedroom. We extended our stay at the hotel. We’d come again! Back for sure. "Great location in Rome - we were a good distance from all the sights we wanted to see and were able to walk to everything. Hotel service staff was phenomenal and welcoming, the room was comfy and cozy, and everything overall was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The staff was exemplar! We needed a taxi at 4:00AM in the morning, and the front desk guy patiently helped us, he called around and did his best to see if he could arrange one. We got to our bus terminal on time becuz of him. All in all, a bang for your buck, and hospitable. "

"This is a unique property right on the Spanish Steps. Our room was the Suite which had its own balcony looking over the steps about halfway up. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The only negative was the lack of an onsite restaurant for breakfast. Breakfast was available at a slight discount directly across the Piazza di Spagna from the hotel, though this was mediocre"

"Neat and utilitarian. Do not expect frills. My reservation was for a unit with two double beds and a sleeper couch. We arrived early and were offered early check-in rather than storing our bags. We were told that there were two double beds in this alternate room. It was technically true. However, one of the double beds was a sleeper couch. "I truly appreciate this place. It's peaceful, less crowded with tourists, and offers a more local vibe, conveniently located near the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica. My only issue is that the upper floor generates a really annoying noise, like someone dragging a chair; it keeps us from sleeping for a while. Soundproofing is definitely needed here. Other than that, it was fantastic. We booked the large one-bedroom for a family of four. I would stay here again."

Great hotel, perfectly situated

"We were looking for a place in the Trastevere area of Rome but weren't sure exactly where. We had great luck in choosing UNAHOTELS. The staff at the front desk were professional and friendly (special thanks to Melania, who was very patient with us!). They were very helpful in providing advice on the area, how to get around, etc. The accommodations were very comfortable, including a large bathroom with two sinks, and a great shower. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. I would recommend that patrons elect breakfast, as the buffet was bountiful and fresh, and the service exceptional. A special thanks to Bea, one of the wonderful breakfast staff who was friendly and helpful. "
