"I arrived early hours in the morning at 3am with no no instructions on where to find the pods or no signs up to where to go and not anything open to ask anyone spent 45 minutes walking around I did find a cafe that open up with with broken English she pointed me in the right direction. The touch screen was broken so could not turn the lights off and it was very very noisy cannot get any sleep "

"Villa Alceo is amazing. Staying here was like leaving in a different age and being part of a fairy tale. Everything has been meticulously cared for and has been done for the comfort of the guests. Bruno and Julia did a great job taking care of us and really have a desire to make everything perfect.
