"We had booked a double room for our son and his fiancée and a twin room for ourselves. As it was a special occasion we asked for views with both rooms. In the event our son's fiancée was unable to make the trip. When we arrived we were told there had been a mixup and we would have to move temporarily to what was admittedly a better room which we did. But they wanted our son to move into a single room which was tiny and not very nice. We refused this and after a lot of hassle and stress we were...

"We had a very pleasant stay here. The room was very large with a very spacious bathroom. Everything was extremely clean and very well appointed. We received a friendly welcome even with a major language barrier. We were encouraged to have our evening meal in their restaurant - what a treat it was! Excellent local food, plentiful and well priced. Breakfast was included in our room rate - it was very good! Overall we would recommend this place, perfect for a few nights to explore the local area...

"5 girlfriends stayed for a week and it was fabulous ~ We were greeted with a tray of cannelloni’s on the dining room table! The house was clean and spacious. A very quiet country location.
