"The flat needs to be completely redone and cleaned up from unsanitary elements in the kitchen A minimum of welcoming items such as a towel (!) in kitchen, soap and towel paper would maybe help the traveler to forget about the unattractive surroundings. "We had a fantastic stay in Cabourg. A very nice little apartment that is perfectly located for the beach and town centre. Access to the main road routes are easy too. The property owner is very friendly and accommodating and was very helpful when we had a couple of small issues that needed to be rectified. Please be aware that linen is not provided, but this is made clear on the listing. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"The building was clean but a strong odour of cigaretttes prevailed in the hallways. The apartment was clean but in need of an update in both structure and furnishings. We arrived 15 minutes late (travel delays outside our control) at the agency so could only pick-up the keys to access the apartment. The bed linen, towels and WiFi hotspot equipement were only delivered 2 days later. Very disappointing."

"The appartment is good, very central, one minute to the seaside and to the center of Cabourg. The two balconies and the view are splendid. The kitchen equipment partly old partly did not work (Toaster, Coffee Maker, Freezer, Vacuumer). We expected a parking place due to the discription of the appartment, but we had to park in the street, which is difficult especially in the weekend."
