We were expecting a hotel room and were not comfortable with the situation, however the hostess Gabriela was so nice and understanding that she moved us to a bed & breakfast place in another part of town. "My family and I stood at Hotel Raito for 5 nights. Beautiful hotel with a beautiful view. Staff were very friendly and helpful (Brigitta and others truly helped with tour booking). Dining area is beautiful and the food was good too. My only issue would be the limited Food option at the pool bar (really can only get a ham and cheese sandwich or fruit). Overall the stay was very good. "
