We came back to Düsseldorf and decided to reserve for an additional 2 nights due to the cleanliness and communication and value. It is actually an apartment with everything you need. Love it here. "Great location, walking distance to the train station and public transportation. Also walking distance to main attractions in Duesseldorf, including the river and old town. The front desk staff couldn't have been nicer at checkin and in assisting with a room change to the less sunny side of the building. Late July stay brought very warm temperatures. "Das Gebäude ist nicht neu, wird aber gepflegt. Die S-Bahn hinterm Haus fährt nachts nicht. Die Hausdame ist total nett und hilfsbereit. Hier fühle ich mich wirklich als Gast willkommen. Immer wieder gerne!"

"It's luxurious place when I lived here. Comfortable bed and convenient facilities and safe accommodation are important for us. More important must be clean and the place could give us everything. Recommended it."

"Good location but very noisy. Rooms are not soundproof at all and not really clean. There was a bug in my room but the hotel told me that I couldn't cancel the booking as I paid non refundable in advance. And even when I told them, that I paid for a proper service only a room change was offered. Won't stay there any again."

"The hotel was close to the main station which was very convenient and it had good facilities. For a business traveller it provided a comfotable stay. Overall would definitely come again. The only downside I had was that the TV had a screen mirroring function but I couldn't get it to work because the TV could not connect to the hotel WIFI - however, the stay was still excelllent"
