"This is our second stay and it checks all the boxes for what was needed. The property manager allowed us an early check in as we were traveling from Texas. The property is always immaculate. The road is very rough with hills, but it doesn't have anything to do with the property. The property has all the amenities needed. I would stay again."

"My daughter and I stayed a week while she had auditions and interviews at LA Tech. The location is perfect, close to campus and also to the restaurants and downtown. We enjoyed the visits from the cats, possum, and raccoon on the back porch! Will definitely stay again when we move our daughter into her dorm in the fall. Very highly recommend. "

"We had a wonderful stay in Ruston this past weekend for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. Loved that it had a washing machine and dryer. The main bedroom could use an updated bed, pretty hard, but made do. Everything else was nice. "
