Depending on your needs, you can fully welcome the radiant sun into your home or darken the room at will by means of electronic shalusia or with translucent or opaque curtains.



Truly amazing is the tremendous balcony terrace. It runs through the entire exterior walls and opens up the view of the expanse of the beautiful blue Danube river. From the airport there is a high speed train line (https://www.cityairporttrain.com/en/home) leaving every 16 minutes, which connects well to the subway system.
