Schöne Wohnung mit gutem Anschluss zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Schöne Altbauwohnung, sehr nah zur U-Bahn. Wir haben uns zu fünft sehr wohl gefühlt.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in super Lage
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer angenehmen, ruhigen Gegend und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der nächsten U-Bahn-Station entfernt. Für vier Erwachsene ist sie sehr gut geeignet, mit sechs könnte es etwas eng werden, da dann die Couch im Wohnzimmer als drittes Doppelbett fungiert. Die Elektrogeräte sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, funktionieren aber noch gut. Etwas ungünstig ist, dass es im inneliegenden Badezimmer keine Lüftung gibt. Dadurch zieht die feuchte Luft nicht gut ab, vor allem wenn mehrere Personen nacheinander duschen. Der Kontakt zum Schlüsselhalter war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Alles in allem würden wir die Wohnung weiterempfehlen und auch selber wieder nutzen.

Rundum Perfekt
Eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (12+5 Jahre alt). Liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe der U-Bahn sowie an der Einkaufsstraße. Mit der U-Bahn sind problemlos alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Wien zu erreichen. Mit guten Gewissen können wir das Apartment weiter empfehlen.

Wohnung direkt an der U-Bahn
Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt! Die Wohnung ist ideal für den Familien Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und wenn die Fenster zu sind hört man nichts von der Straße. Leider ist die Wohnung nicht ganz so sauber wie erhofft. Die Lüftung im Badezimmer geht nicht, was bei einem innenliegenden Bad nicht vom Vorteil ist. Die Agentur wurde informiert und die hat super schnell reagiert.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung , hervorragend gelegen.
Die Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Das Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett hat viel Flair und ein schönes Licht. Leider hatten die Fernseher kein Signal und waren damit nicht funktionsfähig. Ferner ist der Abzugventilator im innenliegenden Bad/Toilette kaputt, sodass die Lüftung über die Küche erfolgen musste. Diese Schwachpunkte werden von der Hausverwaltung hoffentlich schnell behoben werden.

A parte il dover prendere le chiavi in una zona lontana dall'appartamento che per jno che non conosce Vienna è un disagio, abbiamo trovato la casa con il riscaldamento spento e faceva molto freddo. La zona pur ben collegata è spoglia e la sera vuota nessuno in giro e niente locali. Il bagno in casa senza finestre e senza impianto di aereazione! Si vede che è tutto molto vecchio. Non ci hanno concesso un'ora in più per il checkout nonostante uno di noi avesse l febbre. Direi un servizio al cliente molto scarso.

Ottima posizione e buon alloggio
Posto a 200 metri dalla metropolita permette un facile accesso a tutti il visitabile di Vienna. Parcheggi tutti a pagamento, consigliato il parcheggio sotto la piazza a 200 metri. L'edificio ha un aspetto vecchio, con lunghi corridio chiusi che danno verso il cortile. Ad agosto era quasi interamente vuoto. L'alloggio ha 3 comode stanze da letto, una cucina unita all'atrio ed un bagno. Il bagno ha una vasca con tenda un po' da rimodernare, per il resto l'arredamento è tutto a posto. La cucina ben fornita. Un po' scomodo il posto dove recuperare e posare le chiavi, il personale è molto disponibile.

Schöne Altbauwohnung im 2. Stock, 1 großes und 1 kleines Schlafzimmer, grosses Wohnzimmer mit komfortabler Ausziehcouch; Bad mit Durchlauferhitzer: beim Duschen kann man kurzfristig Temperaturüberraschungen erleben, nette Wohnküche, Stühle machen leider Krach, da Stuhlbeine unbefilzt; Wir kommen gerne wieder.
