The room was spacious and clean and staff are good, the breakfast was a bit overpriced for what it was and the location is a bit far from the historic centre and food choices in the immediate are limited, although it is easily accessible via U Bahn a short walk away.

Excellent location, local u-bahn was extremely nearby which made getting to and from the city very easy. Only a short walk from Schonbrunn Palace. Room was very nice and all staff were very friendly.

This hotel was near the train station so my husband and I were able to get into the city easily. We were able to get to the Big Bus tour bus stop to tour the city in 5 minutes. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful. It was near the best touristic stop which was the Schönbrunn palace where we went to the concert. It was just 5 minutes walking distance. Definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel. Ideally located for Schonbrunn palace & public transport. Very clean and comforrable. Receptionist was really helpful in advising me how to make the most of my short time in Vienna.

Clean warm and had everything you need menu a little basic but good quality. Ideal location close to underground and only 4 stops to centre of Vienna and what a fabulous city will have to come back so much to see and do.😁😁😁😁

This hotel is walking distance from the beautiful Schonbrunn Palace and Zoo and from the train station. A short train ride to central Vienna. I have stayed here on two previous trips and have always enjoyed my stay here. The staff are friendly and helpful
