The room I booked through Expedia was not available. The manager said he had notified your company that there were no rooms available but yet you allowed me to book through your site. Very disappointed especially since I was evacuating from Hurrican Milton.

Disgusting business
I made a reservation so me and my family could have a safe place to evacuate from hurricane Milton, just to find no one at the front desk. By that time all other rooms were booked and we had to drive our already anxiety ridden selves ywo more hours to another hotel and soend more money we didn't have. We couldn't contact the hotel nor could the other family with no where to go.

Staff is super friendly. Room price is not expensive, but it needs to be updated or at least cleaned thoroughly. Towels are too old and small, bed clothes are old and not fresh. Will not stay again.

The rooms are in poor repair furnished with odds and ends from used hotel furniture sales. Our bathroom countertop was held up by raw 2x4s. We asked for a non smoking room and were told it was non smoking but it reeked of smoke. But the AC was quiet and efficient.

This place is in horrible conditions, but of course you get what you pay for leaving This place the next day I realize I was bit by bedbugs. I have two big swollen bites, which was not worth even staying there.

Who ever checked us in was nice and professional. Room air was not in working order. Moved to a room with no question. Was a place to lay your head for a quick sleep. Feet were black from walking on the floor. Was just gross. We didn’t even shower there.
