Dirty entrance, decorated by cigarette butts. The main entrance is not on Mariahilfer Strasse but it is on a back street. There are two NH hotels on Mariahilfer Strasse. This one is a subpar facility, it is not up to the name of NH.

We stayed for 2 nights in a family room and even though we have asked at the reception to have the soap, shampoo and conditioner refilled they weren't. The room carpet could have been cleaner. The location is great, you can easily walk everywhere.
