The hotel looks fantastic from outside and once you step in. there’s a very large sitting area in the reception where you can have coffee/play board games. Also a guest kitchen to heat up foods. Rooms were spacious, sheets were clean. bathroom is nice and clean too. Although, there’s no tea/coffee maker at the room. The problem we had, the receptionist charged us for the room even though it was paid online because she mistaken us with another Indian couple which seemed very strange to us because we handout our ids, also filled up the form with name, address detail and passport numbers. Clearly they didn’t even read the names or checked the ids! We realized they gave us wrong receipt only after connecting our phone to wifi and finding out the payment history from the app. Obviously they apologized and reverted the money to the card but because it was paid in Euros, we are never going to get back the unnecessary conversation charges we had to pay because of their mistakes!

There was nothing we did not like . It was a friendly relaxed atmosphere and the staff were wonderful and so helpful. It was amazing to have use of the kitchen.

Hostel. Not hotel.
On check in was put in to a disabled room . Couldn’t use the shower as it was too low. The lighting was very poor. On complaining was told there was no more rooms . Eventually was moved to a different room which wasn’t much better, had plastered walls with no paint. The shower was adequate. There is no kettle or tea and coffee facilities. Not even a glass for some water. The place is more like a hostel, but not hostel prices. Could say a lot more about this place . But let’s just say will not be back or recommending . bunk beds for people in their fifties.

We loved this hotel! Great for families or groups, and not too far from the train into town. Great breakfast, a bar, and a kitchen where you can borrow what you need (glasses etc) then wash & bring back. Computer station with iMacs, and small areas for families of young children. The staff were young & friendly. Furniture is all light pine, so it had a fresh, clean modern look. It's a bit like a hostel but more upmarket. We would stay here again!

Front desk staff was very helpful and available 24/7. There were also nice amenities like a communal kitchen, luggage storage, breakfast available. There was one washer/dryer but it cost 8 euro to do a single load of laundry. The rooms were very clean, just very small.

Staff were all friendly and helpful! However, FLYS are Everywhere!!!!! EVEN AT THE BREAKFAST STATION!!!! Also the breakfast are insufficient for the price! DO NOT PAY FOR THAT! Cleaner forgot to change my room towel couple times, but they remember to fold my duvet? Maybe they think duvets more important then towel.
