A shout out to the manager of the kosher breakfast. It was delicious everyday. His attention to detail was amazing. The variety was great. It was fresh and tasty. He was friendly and welcoming. The hotel room was newly renovated and comfortable and beautiful. The front desk was helpful. Close to public transportation and restaurants.

The hotel was well situated for visiting the attractions. The bathroom was spacious with good shower, although only shower/hair wash combination so take your own if you want different. Room quite small but bed comfy. Good heating system. View of piles of refuse bags from the window. One staff very helpful with attraction knowledge. Dreaded going for breakfast as it wasn’t good. No toast forthe eggs just dry bread, strange milk for tea, no healthy cereal, plenty of olives, ratatouille, salami, aubergine etc which I couldn’t eat for breakfast!

First in vienna
I had a wonderful stay in kosher hotel,, The reception staff were helpful.. My room was upgraded to a corner double room and the view was amazing.. The desk in the corner of the room was wonderful.. The breakfast is delicious, containing hot and cold and varied.. The location is excellent, 20 minutes from the center.. Transportation is a 4-minute walk away.. The transaction was very special. Thank you

Sad and disappointed
The hotel was undergoing renovation work and this was not specified anywhere. The advert was misleading. Due to the renovation work, which lasted the whole stay: we had no water for two mornings, without hot water for three days, with problems with the Wi-Fi network and power cuts that affected the building. In addition, there was no clean. We understand that the renovation work generates more dirt, but room service only came twice during the 8-night stay.

위치나 조식, 가격은 괜찮았다. 6박 내내 현관에서 공사가 있었는데, 그거 때문인지 3일차 부터는 뜨거운 물이 안 나왔다. 그런데, 거기에 대한 아무 설명이나 안내가 없었다. 그리고, 두 번째 날은 공사로 엘리베이터는 안 되는데, 계단도 막아놓고 아무런 안내가 없었다. 밖으로 나가지 말라는 건지 이해가 안 된다.

Chambre assez étroite, pas d'équipement pour déposer une valise (je me suis servi du chevet qui se trouvait au pied du lit), il y avait bien un coffre-fort, mais celui-ci était fermé à mon arrivée, assez peu de prises, une à côté du bureau, l'autre à côté du chevet qui se trouve lui-même au pied du lit ; chaise confortable, mais le tiroir du bureau prenant beaucoup de place c'était désagréable de se mettre au bureau. Le lit était très confortable.
