Friedmann's apartment close to the heart of Vienna

This place is neighboring the "Yppenplatz", a very nice square with many cafés and restaurants, and the second biggest street market in Vienna, the Brunnenmarkt. Just a few minutes from the city center. It's a perfect stay for couples, business travelers, small groups, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).
This is a newly renovated apartment (45 square meters) with 2 sleeping rooms, a small dining room with an extensible table, a kitchen, bathroom and toilet. One room has a double box bed, the second, a double box bed also. A complete kitchen with all the appliances one might need such as dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, water cooker and a Nespresso coffee machine. The atmosphere is clean and light, perfect for a cozy and relaxing time. * There is no TV in this flat.
Here you are only 5 minutes from the metro station U6 (Josefstädterstrasse) and Tram Station 2 (Brunnengasse). And about 8 minutes from the tram station 44 (Yppengasse). It's easy to go around!

El apartamento es tal cual el anuncio. Las camas son muy cómodas y la cocina está equipada. Está en un barrio de mayoría inmigrante y tiene a lado un mercado estupendo en la calle, con muy buenos precios. En tranvía tardas 20min al centro y pasan con bastante frecuencia.

Hat alles super geklappt, Kommunikation war auch sehr zuverlässig und schnell. Lebendige Gegend mit Markt und guter Infrastruktur und guter Anbindung. Wir waren über Sylvester da, da waren die meisten Restaurants am Yppenplatz geschlossen. Es gibt aber mehr als genug andere Möglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung. Fewo hat moderne, funktionale Einrichtung. Die Haustüre ist zwar nicht gut isoliert, die Heizung funktioniert jedoch gut, aber schade angesichts der Energiekrise.

De très bons rapports avec la propriétaire
Paola nous a grandement facilité le séjour en nous autorisant à déposer nos bagages le jour d’arrivée et de départ. Elle a été très réactive pour venir changé une ampoule. La communication était très agréable.

Das Appartment ist sehr sauber, frisch IKEA - renoviert, gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und kooperativ. Wir waren schon früh in Wien und konnten die Wohnung gleich vormittags beziehen. U6 und Straßenbahn-Stationen sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für einen Sightseeing - Trip nach Wien ist das Appartment absolut empfehlenswert.

Net appartement, niet erg ruim
Het appartement is modern, functioneel. De badkamer is klein maar wel zuiver en netjes. De inventaris in de keuken is erg onduidelijk. 's Morgens om 7:00 uur begint het leven op straat met het lossen van vrachtwagens voor de plaatselijke dagelijkse markt.

Die Wohnung war sauber und lag in guter Umgebung mit viel Unterhaltung.
Zur Wohnung: Für uns fehlte ein Spiegel im Gwc, Ein TV Gerät und ein Radio. In Ihrer Broschüre war das aufgeführt Aber nicht vorhanden. Wenn dieses vorhanden wäre, würde Diese Wohnung perfekt sein. Denn die Umgebung bittet alles was mann braucht.

Really nice apartment in a great location. It was clean and well equipped including some great coffee and a nespresso. Paola was exceptionally helpful in receiving a shipment of urgent medication for us. The extra bed in the loft meant that the 5 of us had a very comfortable stay!

Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Sie ist klein, aber es ist alles vorhanden, wie in der Beschreibung geschildert. Einziges Manko ist der fehlende Fernseher - aber wozu gibt's Netflix und Co.? Das Bad und die Dusche sind sehr klein und sicherlich nicht für Menschen jenseits der 150 kg geeignet. Die Friedmanngasse liegt nahe dem Yppenplatz, wo man mehrere Restaurants/Cafes und einen großen, grösstenteils arabisch/türkischen Markt findet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zuhauf vorhanden und die Tram Linie 2, mit der man direkt ins Zentrum kommt, fährt ca. 200 m vor der Haustüre alle 5 -10 Minuten ab. Ubahn Linie 6 ist ca. 500 m entfernt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und die Übergabe hat problemlos geklappt. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir sogar noch zusätzliche Handtücher. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und würden wiederkommen.

Nette, gemütliche Wohnung.
Hübsche, für 4 Personen etwas zu kleine Wohnung. Sauber, alles noch relativ neu. In früheren Stunden von draußen etwas laut (ein Markt, es wird ab ca. 06 Uhr abgeladen und aufgebaut). Alles in einem empfehlenswert.

Great host and Very good location. We had 4 nights in Vienna. The check in was simple , Clean is an under statement, simply immaculate, Paola made sure we were comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Large windows face the street, Very quite at night . Train station right up the street, Take U6 then U3 into St Stephens cathedral . Do not miss the open air market on Saturdays. We highly recommend.
