Our fully furnished cottage in beautiful and safe and quiet green area in the western part of Vienna can accommodate for 2 - 4 persons, children are welcome. Located not in the city center, yet only about half an hour from the center, our comfortably furnished cottage is an ideal base for guests who want to combine their cultural or business activities with a holiday in the countryside.
The bedrooms are separately accessible, so our romantic vacation home for families but is also ideal for 2 couples. Equipped with 3 TVs, satellite TV, 3 DVD players, radio with CD player and computer with Internet access should be ready for your domestic activities to be desired.
The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and many other kitchen helpers. It offers 4 people room to eat.
A central heating system provides optimal thermal comfort.


Business Culture and recreation in the countryside: Not in the city center and yet only about half an hour from the center, our comfortably furnished cottage is an ideal base for guests who want to combine their cultural or business activities with a holiday in the countryside.
Just a few steps behind the house, the meadow stock Wolfersberg with a magnificent view of Vienna, where 2 well-equipped adventure playgrounds are waiting for our younger guests. Just outside the front door invites a small garden to eat, sit and relax, a barbecue is available.
Schönbrunn can be reached in less than 25 minutes, the Ernst Fuchs Museum in the famous Art Nouveau villa of Otto Wagner is just 10 minutes away on foot.
A small shop for daily needs can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, along with comprehensive shopping restaurants and many leisure activities available at the nearby shopping center Auhof.

Indoor and Outdoor Activities - Sport: In addition to the nearly year-round vast cultural offerings of the city our vacation home also offers extensive opportunities for leisure activities in the immediate vicinity.
The Vienna Woods with superb walking and running and mountain bike routes is within a few minutes walking distance, so ideal for all skiers, mountain bikers, Nordic walkers and hikers. Maps with route recommendations, will be provided on request. In addition, 2-terrain bicycles are available for hire. Many other sports such as tennis, horseback riding, bowling and billiards as well as a summer toboggan run, a swimming pool, a high ropes course and a fitness center can be found in the vicinity.

Most amazing and cozy home!
My mom stayed here and had a very great experience. The owners are extremely friendly, nice, attentive, and caring. Contacting the owners was very easy and they responded extremely fast which was helpful. The home was very cozy, clean, had a nice full kitchen, and very nice bathroom and shower. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in a quiet and nice neighborhood that is also not too long of a bus/subway ride to the city. It was nice to be surrounded by trees and be close to the forest. I definitely look forward to staying here again!

Convenient and Welcoming
We spent six wonderful nights at this holiday apartment with our two very young children. When we arrived, the owners had provided a number of things to make staying here with our children easier, including a high chair and some toys for them to play with. The apartment was very clean and was supplied with everything we needed for the week. The two bedrooms are located on the second floor and there is a nice little patio out in front of the house. The owners were welcoming and offered to assist us with anything we needed even before we arrived - including shopping as we were arriving late on a Saturday and help with arranging concert tickets. After we arrived, they were very hospitable, answering all our questions and offering suggestions on things we might be interested in doing while we were in Vienna. They speak excellent English and on several occasions stopped by to make sure everything was going well and to see if there was anything else we needed. The apartment is very conveniently located to public transportation and we could be in the centre of Vienna in just 30 minutes. It is also convenient to the Autobahn, which was an advantage as we had a car and wanted to visit some of the surrounding countryside as well. Although the house is modern and fresh it is an older building and the floors squeak quite a lot. If you are a light sleeper you will likely wake up when someone gets out of bed at night. This did not bother us and in all other respects the house is very quiet, we even slept with the windows open to the street on most nights. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house and hope that we will return to Vienna again and have another opportunity to stay here.

Sehr schön und herzlicher Empfang
Es ist eine sehr schöne, große und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird und auch sauber. So als ob die Vermieter selbst da wohnen. Es gibt einen Stellplatz fürs Auto, und in wenigen Gehminuten eine hervorragende Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr.

Wunderschönes kleines Häuschen zum Wohlfühlen

Idyllisch gelegen ruhig und sauber
Das charmante an dem Häuschen ist das für das Auto ein abschliesbarer Parkplatz zur Verfügung steht. Die Verkehrsanbindung war gut, mit Bus und U4 in die Stadt in ca 30min. Die Treppe in die Schlafzimmer ist etwas schmal aber geht nicht anderst. Gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem was man als Selbstversorger braucht, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und Hilfsbereit.

Nous sommes venus visiter cette belle ville de Vienne en famille. Le logement est à 15 minutes de schonbrunn et 20 minutes du centre. Sylvia est une hôte sympathique et qui nous a conseillé volontier.

Ganz OK, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen
Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig am Stadtrand von Wien und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und alles hat gut geklappt. Die Wohnung bzw. das kleine Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber. Der Einrichtung sieht man an, dass sie in die Jahre gekommen ist. Im Sommer kann es sehr warm in den Schlafräumen werden.

Gemütliches Häuschen am Rande von Wien im Grünen und gut angebunden
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, alles war wie beschrieben und Frau Gerl auch wirklich überaus liebenswürdig, freundlich und hilfsbereit - nettere Gastgeber kann man sich nicht vorstellen! Das gemütliche Häuschen hat alles was man braucht inkl. einer komplett eingerichteten Küche (inkl. Spülmaschine), Waschmaschine Wäscheständer. Es gibt einen abgeschlossenen Parkplatz fürs Auto und nur wenige Gehminuten oberhalb des Hauses befinden sich Spielplätze, was für Reisen mit Kind super ist. Man läuft von der Wohnung nur ca. 5 min bis zur Bushaltestelle Mondweg, der Bus fährt 4x/Stunde, die Fahrt zum Bahnhof beträgt ca. 8 min, von dort ist man mit der Linie U4 (oder S-Bahn) rasch im Zentrum. Für uns war diese Unterkunft optimal um Wien zu erkunden, aber dennoch mit Kind am Rand der Großstadt im Grünen wohnen zu können. Falls wir wieder nach Wien reisen, werden wir gern wieder dort wohnen!

Perfekte Gastgeberin
Nicht nur der Charme dieses kleinen Häuschens, ohne "Schicki-Micki", aber mit allem, was erforderlich ist, um sich wohl zu fühlen, hat den Aufenthalt so angenehm gemacht. Gerade die Herzlichkeit von Frau Gerl und das Gefühl, das sie zu vermitteln versteht, nämlich als Gast willkommen zu sein, macht den Aufenthalt rundum angenehm. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt und die Entfernung bis zum 1. Bezirk gerne in Kauf genommen. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Ungenaue Beschreibung des Objektes
Vermieterin war sehr nett. Freundlicher Empfang. Terrasse und Rasen sind deutlich kleiner als es von den Fotos den Anschein hat. Außenanlagen wirken ungepflegt. Parksituation katastrophal. In der Beschreibung hätte darauf hingewiesen werden sollen, dass der Einstellplatz oberhalb des Grundstückes liegt und für größere Autos aufgrund der Enge der Straße nur schwer benutzbar ist. Im Haus befindet sich eine enge steile Treppe zu den Schlafräumen, die von gehbehinderten Personen nicht begangen werden kann und sollte. Auch darauf sollte in der Beschreibung hingewiesen werden.

Das Haus war super. Einfach alles (und sogar mehr) vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Eine toll zusammengestellte Mappe, mit allem was wichtig ist, lag auch bereit. Das Haus ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen, und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln super zu erreichen. Ein eigener Parkplatz, sogar mit Überdachung, war mir wichtig, da Parkplätze in ganz Wien Mangelware und teuer sind. Wien selbst, ist natürlich absolut zu empfehlen und lohnt sich wirklich.

Ein gemütliches Ferienhaus in super ruhiger Lage mit sehr guter Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Wiener Innenstadt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch der angebotene abgeschlossene Parkplatz auf eigenem Grist sehr zu empfehlen.

Etwas außerhalb gelegen ist dieses Objekt, ideal um dem Trubel der Großstadt zu entfliehen, wenn es einem doch zuviel ist. Wir haben hervorragend geschlafen, es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Gastgeberin war wirklich sehr nett, gerne empfehlen wir weiter!
