Ideally Located

Währing is Vienna's 18th district and situated in the northwestern part of the city. This lovely area is the perfect mix of city and country. The neighborhood is home to Währinger Stadthalle, one of Vienna's convention centers, as well as several expansive parks. Türkenschanzpark is an ideal urban oasis with playgrounds and attractive parks, while the Pötzleinsdorfer Schloss Park is the perfect place to spend an entire afternoon. Währing has several supermarkets and many small independent shops and boutiques scattered throughout the district. In addition, Vienna General Hospital is located near the southern tip of the district. Währing is connected to the rest of the city by tram, bus, and metro lines.
