Nice stay for a week
I had a nice week stay. The lack of ac could be felt in the hot summer nights. Parking your car is a problem here, as it is in all the city. But the location is easy to access by public transportation

Great place!
Everything was excellent about this apartment. Very close to public transit which is just a quick ride away from the city center. Apartment is in a nice quiet neighborhood which we really appreciated. Only thing is there aren’t many (basically none) restaurants nearby if that’s something that you want. Otherwise, great place to stay in Vienna!

Easy to find and to reach from the airport. Very handy for the tram into the city centre only a few minutes ride away. Ideally located above the supermarket and near to local restaurants and cafes. Also Christine was very helpful before our holiday and when we arrived.

Great stay, very convenient and practical
Cute little apartment had all I needed for a one month work stay in Vienna. Proximity to metro and street car very convenient. Interspar supermarket below very convenient with cheap (3 euro) dinners after 16:00. Neighbors occasionally listened to loud obnoxious music but mostly very quiet (no street noise). Host Paula very accommodating. Recommend!

Gute, ruhige Lage, verkehrsgünstig, Straßenbahn und U6. Literaturcafe (Wiener Kaffeehaus) wenige Häuser weiter. Fußläufig zum Yppernmarkt/Brunnenmarkt mit studentisch, arabischen Flair. Sparmarkt direkt bei der Wohnung.

Een schot in de roos.

Angenehme ruhige Wohnung ganz in der Nähe des Zentrums Wien
Sehr günstiggelegene Wohnung , weil in der Nähe der Haltestelle zum Schottentor, von wo aus das zentrum nicht weit ist, weil ganz in der Nähe eines Kaufzentrums mit Essmôglichkeit und Apotheke, weil absolut ruhig, gar kein Lärm und weil die Chefin einfach und hilfsbereit ist . Man kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Une bonne adresse pour visiter Vienne
Grand studio bien entretenu, sur une ligne de tram directe pour le centre ville historique et proche métro (notamment pour laisser sa voiture dans un Park&Ride). Un supermarché sur place permet de faire des courses. Le hall de l’immeuble n’est pas très avenant mais passé cette étape on apprécie la propreté et le calme du logement. La communication avec Paula est chaleureuse et efficace. Je recommande et reviendrai volontiers.

Séjour merveilleux
Studio très lumineux, propre et calme donnant sur la cour intérieure. Lits confortables. Rien n’y manque pour y passer des vacances des plus agréables. Ascenseur dans l’immeuble. Bien situé, à 15 minutes du centre-ville avec le tram 43. Métro, supermarché, pharmacie et restaurants à proximité. Accueil des plus sympathique par la propriétaire. J’y retournerai sans hésiter.

Der große Vorteil der kleinen Wohnung ist, dass sie sehr ruhig ist, obwohl sie an der stark befahrenen Jörgerstraße liegt. Man kann tatsächlich die ganze Nacht bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen, da diese zur ruhigen Innenseite hinausgehen. Allerdings kann man die Fenster nur schlecht abdunkeln. Das Apartment ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Haus und das Treppenhaus erinnert eher an einen Sozialwohnungkomplex, sobald man in der Wohnung ist, bekommt man nichts mehr davon mit. Es gibt einen abschließbaren Fahrradraum. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Zweckmäßig eingerichtete und helle Wohnung, die sehr ruhig und in guter Wohngegend gelegen ist. Frau Paula ist sehr freundlich und hilft bei Fragen. Wir werden die Wohnung gerne wieder nutzen.
