Pleasant stay in Vienna
The apartment was clean, well kept, and consistent with the listing. It was spacious and well equipped, except for hangers and kleenex that we bought and left behind. The location is convenient to the transit, with an easy and frequent tram stop to the center of town. It's especially close to the Belvedere museums that I would highly recommend. One of the best collections of medieval art I've seen. We enjoyed our visit and would stay again. Thank you.

Pleasant stay but loud trains outside
Nice comfortable apartment. The trains and trams are right below the windows. It was very loud in the evening and morning as we needed the windows and shutters open for airflow.

The apartment was exactly as described and Norbert couldn't have been a more gracious host. He informed us about cheap and secure parking, it just got better from there. The apartment was super clean, the bed a joy to come home to after a long day of sightseeing, the kitchen well equipped, nespresso was provided, and the trolley/subway system in Vienna is second to none making it very easy to get around. Thank you again, Norbert, for all your advice and guidance during our short but thorough meeting. You are the best!

Clean, nice property, a bit noisy
This is a clean and simple property for those who are looking for no-frills. It has one bedroom and a nice-sized living room. It's a very a short walk to the beautiful Schloss Belvedere and the Hotel Daniel, which is a very hip place to hang out for drinks and dinner. The one drawback were the trains passing by day and night. While others might not find this a problem, we found it difficult to sleep at night since the track repairs were conducted in the night. Parking is also a problem in this area, so if you are renting a car, it gets much more expensive. I've given the property an overall three stars, but would give it four stars on the value/money front in the Vienna area if you're not driving.

Close to the Belvedere and the 71 tram, this apartment works but doesnt have a lot of soul if that is what you need to recharge your batteries.

Excellent Appartment close to rail connection and Belevedere palace
Beautiful clean appartment, easy to find and come and go - had everything we needed for self catering. Very comfortable large bed and sitting room large tvs in both rooms. It is close to the train but triple glazed windows its not too loud but you might need ear plugs for sleeping everything else peefect!

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Bezüglich Ausstattung und Größe wurden unsere Vorstellungen voll erfüllt. Die Lage der Wohnung und die gute Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist sehr gut; dies gilt insbesondere für die Anreise vom Flughafen ohne umsteigen zu müssen. Insgesamt war dies ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Es war wirklich alles so, wie beschrieben, die Wohnung blitzsauber, eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre - man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt, das Schlafzimmer sehr stilvoll und ich muss sagen: die Matratzen ein Traum, habe selten so entspannt auf Reisen geschlafen, das war echt der Oberluxus! Auch die Parkgarage war einfach zu finden und die günstige Parkgebühr, die ich zunächst nicht glauben wollte - ja, auch das war absolut korrekt. Beim nächsten Besuch in Wien werde ich dieses Appartement gerne wieder buchen!

Sehr feine, helle und saubere Wohnung in zentraler Lage. 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Park Belvedere, zu S-Bahn und zu Straßenbahn - dadurch perfekte Anbindung zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. Optimal für einen kurzen Stadturlaub für eine kleine Familie mit dem Schulkind sowie für die älteren Leute Gerne wieder😀

Die Wohnung war i. O.
Die Wohnung befindet sich allerdings in einem Altbau. Als Ortsunkundiger sollte man auch die Wiener Parkregeln kennen. Also mit dem Auto nach der Anreise in ein P+R Parkhaus fahren. Sonst erreicht man alles schnell mit 2 Straßenbahnen und einer S-Bahn.

Gute Lage in Wien, hochwertige Ausstattung, sehr freundlicher Kontakt, etwas laute Umgebung.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfreich, die Lage des Appartements zur Stadt super, mit Park&Ride super zu lösen. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet bezüglich Technik, es fehlt ein Backofen und ein Toaster, sonst ist alles da. Sogar Getränke gibt es wenn man Ankommt, einschliesslich Neppresso. Lediglich die Tatsache, daß die S-Bahn/U-Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe in einen Tunnel einfährt ist negativ. In der ersten Nacht ist die bis Mitternacht nicht angenehm. Ab der zweiten Nacht stört es dann nicht mehr. Alle in allem eine tolle Unterkunft.
