I booked a Global Luxury Suites hotel via hotels.com, only to find it was actually the Skymark building, owned by Churchill. I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation. Attempts to resolve this with hotels.com failed; they couldn't contact the company. "The house was exactly what we needed for our short trip to DC. It had the perfect amount of space for our family of 4 and a parking spot for our rental car! The house was clean and comfortable, and it didn’t feel like a garden unit. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. The library of congress was only about 10-15 min walk and a 25-30 min walk to the National Archives. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this place for families."

"We spent four nights in this cozy studio apartment and it was perfect! The owner was very responsive and a great communicator. The apartment was lovely and well appointed for our needs. The bathroom was so nice with double sinks, a very nice large tiled shower and the bed was comfortable. The outdoor deck was amazing and the yard was lovely. Overall a perfect stay for us."

"Love the apartment! It's spacious, impeccably clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. We didn't have a car but it's walking distance to restaurants and less than a block from Metro, which got us everywhere we needed to go a lot more quickly than driving. Best of all was the excellent communication from the host. They gave us detailed check-in/check-out instructions and got back to us immediately to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this rental and We Host!"
