Wir hatten erhebliche Probleme beim Check-In, da der Vermieter keine Information zur Verfügung gestellt hat und weder im Vorfeld noch am Anreisetag erreichbar war. Nur durch einen glücklichen Zufall bekamen wir Zugang zur Unterkunft."

Het huis is wat gedateerd wellicht, maar dat heeft ook z'n charme. Binnen is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, er zijn twee toiletten en 1 badkamer. De communicatie met Jean was prettig en snel, hij denkt graag mee qua aankomst en vertrektijden. De locatie is prima, middenin de Ardennen. La Roche, Spa, Malmedy, Remouchamps en Trois...

"Wij zijn een midweekje verbleven. Ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk. Huisjes zijn zeer comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. De mensen bij de receptie zijn behulpzaam. Mooie rustige omgeving om te gaan wandelen of fietsen. Tip om ook bij het restaurant te gaan eten."

"Wir waren 13 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Leider mussten 3 Erwachsen und 1 Kind wegen Krankheit absagen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ausreichend vorhanden. Die Lage war abgelegen und gut zu erreichen. Weil das Wetter gut war konnten wir viel spazieren. Nach La Roche waren es 30 Minuten zu Fuss. Das Städchen ist sehr schon. Wir koennen es sicher weiter empfehlen."

"Stayed 2 nights. Made reservation on short notice due to travel changes. The host, Stef, was very accommodating and although I do not speak Dutch and my French is very basic, Stef was easy to communicate with over email and in person. Excellent recommendations for local dining options."

They prepared and left the property open for us, providing instructions on how to locate it. The resort itself is well run by very friendly staff who are always helpful on a day to day basis. "Fantastic house enjoyed by our family of 10 (3 generations) and our dog. The holiday wasn’t spoilt by the poor weather because the house was great. Lots of space - pool, sauna and games room meant everyone was entertained. Prüm is a nice quiet place and we managed to also catch a brilliant concert which was part of the Prümer Sommer! We also easily drove to Luxembourg for the day. Fab holiday!"
