"The property and rooms were really nice and comfortable. Location is also beautiful. Strangely, we were not able to find any staff on Sunday for the entire day. It just felt a bit remote and abandoned during our stay (mid-December). I would also recommend arriving by car. Buses only arrive to the location every hour or so. "

"It was roomy, large bathroom. Didnt have much interaction with staff but little that I did they were nice and helpful. Quiet nights sleep. Good location for walking to old town and bus stops right in front of the hotel. Grocery store 2 blocks down and plenty of restaurants on the other side of the tunnel...maybe 5-10 min walk depending on type of food and speed of walking. There was a lot of construction in the area but it was not in the way of getting to and from the hotel "

"Excellent stay with good customer service. Be mindful of the border crossing, which can get quite busy at times. Check your route carefully. Has a Mcdonald's, which is great for a quick bite. Good breakfast at the restaurant too, as well as a decent Schnitzel too! "

"We are very glad with the choice we've made. It was an excellent retreat! The overall facility was in great shape and easy to get around. The breakfast was fabulous! We loved the spa, especially in the evening after our arrival when we struggled with a 6-hour jetlag as well as the next day after skiing at Kitzbuhel.
