"We stayed at The Greenhouse in September 2023 (sorry for late review) and oh my goodness what a treat! We arrived to a very sleepy village and spent a while driving in circles but when we eventually entered in to the beautiful oasis we didnt want to leave. It is absolutely beautiful! We were shown to our room (apartment really) which was just gorgeous. The decor is outstanding, every tiny detail is taken care of and it is clear such great care has been taken in the refurbishment of this gorgeous...

"Beautiful pastoral setting. Guest room was comfortable with great bed. Wonderful decor in the breakfast room upstairs, and the food was great. Hosts were very engaging, sharing info on the neighborhood and the Roman wine-making process, which is their award-winning specialty. Nearby winery restaurant Quinta da Quetzal was amazing!"

Worth the drive

"This property is quite remote. I don’t recommend trying to find it in the dark- although we were sent very good instructions. This place encourages mingling with other guests and we had a delightful time with a British and a Swedish couple around the huge fireplace and at the communal dining table. It is well worth requesting the dinner for$€30 a person including wine."
