The bathroom bath plug was filled with hair. In the bathroom we encountered a cockroach. The floor was constantly wet possibly due to the bath or toilet leaking. The do not disturb and clean room buttons were broken, thankfully they had signs... But they only cleaned our room once over 3 days so we had to buy toilet roll as we had ran out. This was a business suite and I expected better quality. But the building is outdated and requires maintenance or refurbishment.."
