Great location
The apartment was perfect for our foursome in Victoria. The building was centrally located and very safe. No A/C but plenty of fans and the air flow was good enough to cool off the rooms in the evenings. 10/10.

Elegant, super clean and spectacular views
Elegant condo, meticulously clean, very secure, great views and so convenient to food, shopping and all the activities in and near the harbor. The only small negative were the increasing number of homeless ...one or two per block. So sad to see Victoria be lax in protecting a pristine and most elegant community. The condo was super secure, just with the walking here and there one would encounter more than a few homeless.

Great view of the city. Very clean with a modern feel. The only downside was that the furnishings were a bit austere and lacked comfort for any extended period sitting inside the condo.

Cozy and clean place in downtown
Owners pay attention to every detail, the place is clean and doesn't seem to lack anything. The view is nice, can see the drawing bridge in the distance. It is downtown, so homeless people can happen on the way. Perhaps that's one of the reasons you are given a fob without which it is not possible to enter the parking garage, nor enter the lobby, not even get to your floor in the elevator. Though you need to tap it two or three times before you can get to the apartment, it may give a sense of security, not just to yourself, but to your vehicle as well. The building itself looks new and in good condition. The garage is narrow and with turns, but manageable, just need to drive slow and carefully (there are mirrors on the corners to watch for incoming cars). It can be noisy at night, especially if you like to keep your windows open. One night there was a water cleaning truck (or some other loud machine), another night crying seagulls who like to nest at the nearby roof, another night people having party cross the street or talking loud. In general, if you like being in downtown, this place is great.

Short but sweet stay!
My family and I traveled from Oregon in the U.S. for a short weekend away. We loved the apartment and the surrounding area was easily walkable from the ferry. The apartment was clean, check in was easy, and we had everything we could’ve needed. I would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Bachelor Party Stay!
This property was a great spot to stay! Very walkable area and amazing views from the apartment. Our code of the door didn’t work when we first got there, but it was easy to get in contact with the host and get the correct code. Definitely would stay here again!

Best VRBO stay
This apartment was exactly what my sister in law and I were looking for. Great location. Restaurants every where within walking distance, grocery store 1 block away and liquor store across the road. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect. Kitchen very well stocked and lovely! Living room was so comfortable with a pullout sectional. The weather was very warm and it was very helpful to have extra fans until the cool temperatures rolled in later in the evenings. Balcony was lovely with great views. Really love this place and we hope to be back soon!!
