Cozy suite in lovely neighborhood

A comfortable home away from home. Brand new suite that is light, bright & super cozy. Lovely outdoor patio area, lots of privacy & located in one of the most coveted areas of Langford.

Close to a bus stop, Galloping goose trails, 3 minute drive to the ocean & Royal Bay Beach Park & sandy beach. This suite is on the main level, so no stairs to climb & street parking.
The space
This suite is in a main house, but has its own entrance & patio. There is one bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, as well as a single size air mattress that can be set up in the living room. There is a kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and laundry.
Best for 2 adults only or 2 adults with 1 child
Guest access
Guests have access to entire suite & suite patio.
Other things to note
NOTE: This Suite is a non toxic/green safe space, as we do not use any chemical or smelly cleaning products, soaps, laundry detergent etc. we also ask guests not to use fragrances in the suite during their stay. Also we do ask please use non scented soaps, laundry soap, no scented candles etc in the suite.


Tips about the area:
The Red barn market is a 2 minute drive, and Langford is only 8 mins away with everything one might need such as groceries, activities, car rental, parks, pubs, restraints, Starbucks and loads more. This area is very central as it is 45 mins from Victoria International Airport, 15 mins from the city of Victoria & 30 mins from Sooke.

Nice appartment for one couple as only 1 bedroom. And we booked for 2 couples with a sofa bed in longe. But got a single blowup mattress so one of us had to sleep on couch not ideal. Pluss hot water system went off every half hr so it was very noisy. So only recommend for one couple .

Perfect, as advertised
This one bed and bath was great with a full kitchen. Since I have food issues, this was very welcome. It's about 10 minutes from downtown Langford. Unit was clean and well stocked, communication with host was great on check in.

The place did not feel clean when we got there even though the host told us she her self cleaned it. There were dust bunnies behind the sofas and the vacuum cleaner was not even emptied. Some of the sheets did not smell like they were clean even though they where in the closet. Furthermore, they had silverfish in the bathroom but also out in the kitchen and living room and not only that, we also found silverfish in the sofa and one dead in the window. We found them and immediately notified the host but they didn’t do anything about the situation. We felt like they didn’t take the situation seriously. Even the bathroom curtain, didn't look clean, it looked like someone had peed on it. I would also have been helpful if they provided instructions on where we could throw garbage and recycling. When we booked, the location listing appeared to be in a completely different place and in reality the place wasn’t even within the radius shown on Expidia's website. We felt that they should publish the location list better than they did and notify that the place is outside the radius. The place was marked for 4 people. There was only one queen size bed and the sofas were not bed sofas so we got an air mattress without any mattress topper. To sleep on only the mattress on the cold floor is a really cold bed. Would recommend to only advertise this place for max 2 people. Absolutely max 3 if they could provide a mattress topper to the air mattress since there is not really room for more.

This property is a bit out of the way, and probably due to that an excellent value for a cozy, clean and spanking new suite. The small kitchen is well appointed, the living/dining area comfortable. The owner was friendly and helpful when needed. It is suitable for a couple, though there is an air mattress available to accommodate a third person.
