We had a wonderful stay! Our host was wonderful-responsive and well organized. The beautiful home is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, but not a long distance from the city bustle of Victoria. The home is very comfortable with large common spaces for our group of travelers to gather. An excellent choice!

Victoria Perfect
Modern home, well maintained, and appointed for a group. We were able to get UberEats groceries and great takeout for a late arrival and no rental car (until the next morning). Very convenient to everything especially the Butchart Gardens

Clean and spacious home. Close to everything. We didn’t realize the host lived in a portion of the house. Separate entrance but we didn’t realize VRBO had host in the rental. She was nice but we could smell food cooking and they could hear us when we came home late at night and wanted to stay up and listen to music

Worked great for us
Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans etc. Beds were very comfortable and the whole house was very clean. Power was out (tripped circuit breaker) for TV and wall outlets in dining room and water heater. Host was contacted and fixed quickly. No propane for BBQ so used tank from outdoor fire pit which was so low the frame went out when heating up. Recommend a 2nd tank be available.

Great space
6 adults had a wonderful time on our last night in Victoria after cycling to Sooke and back. The kitchen was missing a few things we needed like a salad spinner and tea towels but we made do. The beds were comfy. It would be nice to have had it cool in the house when we arrived but we put the a/c on and it eventually cooled down.

We had a great time in this house. Very clean and if we had any issues the owner took care of it. Lots of room, great for a big family. Check out process was very easy, the owner took care of everything.

Good size property in good location
Worked out well for extended family for visiting parents in nearby area. Roomy house with 5 bedrooms and lots of living space. 4 bathrooms for 8 people made it very easy to get ready. Furnaces weren’t working when we first arrived but landlord did come by first day and gave us space heaters for first night and then got it fixed the next day. Hot tub is nice addition but is only 120V so cools down quickly.

Great spot to stay in Saanich/Victoria
I stayed at this VRBO as one of a group of 4 adults and we all enjoyed our stay. The house could easily have accommodated twice as many. The location is great, quiet and peaceful while still being a short drive to amenities. We had issues getting the heat on at the start of our stay, and the host was responsive and polite in helping resolve the issue. Would recommend.

Great house in convenient location
Spacious, clean, luxury home that was a very comfortable nights stay in a quiet Victoria neighborhood. We only stayed one night, but would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommend.

Beautiful spacious clean house
Lovely, spacious, clean 3-level house, even better than the pictures show. Great for our family reunion. Manager was very responsive and flexible. He was on property in a separate locked section and shared the driveway. House was well stocked with supplies and had everything we needed except for a coffee-maker. I especially liked that it was a shoe-free house. I would definitely stay again.

Great place in Vic!
Great place to stay with a large group in Victoria. Lots of room for everyone and Lin was a fantastic host. Very quiet and peaceful house. Amazing views from the front deck. Will definitely book again when staying in Vic.

Great stay but needs some improvements
Lin was a great host to communicate with. Need more kitchen and bathroom linens, instructions how to operate things, recycling bin, bedroom lamps. Kitchen well equipped. Beds not that comfortable. Beautiful, modern roomy house in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Great price. Good for base camp when spending day downtown.

Property was as showen, person staying in downstairs apartment wasn't brought to our attention, garbage was full on arrival had to store our garbage inside not wanting to make a mess.
